What RideShare provides

RideShare helps travelers with compatible travel intentions find each other and coordinate their plans. It is not a transport operator, taxi company, booking service, payment processor or insurer.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the details of any journey you arrange, including the people you choose to meet, the transport provider, timing, meeting point and payment arrangement. Use your own judgement and follow local laws.

Respectful use

Do not use RideShare to harass, discriminate against, defraud or endanger others. Do not provide false information or use another person’s contact details without permission.

Safety

Read the RideShare safety guidance before coordinating a trip. The guidance is not a guarantee of safety, and it does not replace the precautions appropriate for your circumstances.

Payments and transport

RideShare does not collect, calculate, split or hold money for trips. It does not guarantee fares, availability, drivers or the quality of any third-party transport service.
